Commercial / Industrial Systems
ISOLUX™ adsorption employs both ion exchange and chemisorption reaction mechanisms. This combination provides for excellent affinity for the arsenate and arsenite ions while creating very insoluble metal arsenic salts.
ISOLUX treatment systems are self contained, designed for rapid deployment, without adverse impact on existing operations and infrastructure. These systems require no backwash, no traditional pH adjustment, no media channeling and no confined space entry. The Commercial/Industrial System is a 4 cartridge system capable of treating 20 gallons per minute.
Plus, ISOLUX consistently demonstrates no hazardous waste generation. The arsenic adsorbed on ISOLUX remains fixed, even in acidic or alkaline environments. The media is USEPA TCLP tested for disposal as non hazardous waste via landfill. ISOLUX media is NSF Section 61 certified for use in drinking water systems.
